Every few days we like to stay in a hotel for 2 or 3 nights, just so that we are not dragging our luggage in and out from the car. Today is one of those days. We are staying at a very nice hotel in downtown Lima Ohio. The Wingate by Wyndham.
We slept in this morning and had a late breakfast.
Across the street from the hotel is the Kewpee Diner. At one time there were over 400 of these across the USA, today there are 5. We really enjoyed our cheeseburgers and malts.
Karen also had a slice of homemade pecan pie.
Here is our meal. Karen got a small malt and I ordered the medium… I can’t imagine how big the large size would be. The whole meal came to $9.47 - 2 cheeseburgers, a small and med size malt and a slice of pecan pie. That is a really good deal.
Tomorrow we will head further North and West along the Lincoln Highway towards Fort Wayne Indiana.
